Class Schedule

Cheer ~ Dance ~ Gymnastics Classes

Below is a list of the age and levels we offer. Our level play is to ensure that athletes will feel confident when working with peers their own age and level. Our tumbling classes are offered at all age and skill levels, to ensure your child's confidence, while learning new skills.
 
Dance and Gymnastics Classes run in an 8 week session. Cheerleading teams run monthly.  Full payment is due prior to the start of the first class. Classes may not be pro-rated however make-ups are available within the 8 week session. A waiver is required for all tumbling classes, camps, clinics or squad training. All waivers require a parent signature and must be turned in with payment prior to start of first class.

Capital Cheer & Dance is a Prestigious, Competitive Program for serious students. All members are required to abide by the strict dress code outlined below.

Dance: Leotard, Tights, Proper Dance Shoes, Hair pulled back from face in high pony tail or bun (clips required for short bangs). Spandex shorts or form fitted dance pants are optional for Jazz & hip-hop only.

Ballet: Pink tights, Pink Shoes, Hair in Bun, Solid Color Leo required. No skirts allowed except for Tiny Ballet. 

Cheer: Spandex Shorts, Sports Bra, Cheer Shoes, Hair in High Pony with clips. Fitted Raceback Tank may be worn OVER the sports bra. No lose t-shirts, no Spaghetti strap tanks allowed, as it may present a hazard to coach & athlete. 

Gymnastics: Leotard or sports bra, spandex shorts,Hair Pulled Back in High Pony Tail or Bun. Gymnastics shoes optional. Cheer Shoes required for cheer gymnastics tumbling classes. 

*Athletes that do not abide by the dress code may not participate in class and will not be given a refund if not prepared for the start of class.
